We would like to invite you to join us for an exclusive 3 series workshop to learn the mechanics of how to improve your deadlift the last Saturday of each month. The workshop will be 90 minutes; we’ll provide an overview of the session, discuss the mechanics of the movements & then jump into a 60 minute workout where we’ll coach & critique form.
August 26th: Importance of Rotation Control & Progressions
September 30th: Mastering the Hip Hinge & Progressions
October 28th: Hip Stability w/Single Leg Progressions
